  • Our services are offered as monthly retainers based on ministry needs and complexity. While each package includes a defined level of support, we focus on outcomes and consistency rather than task-by-task billing.

  • We do not operate as a task-based or hourly virtual assistant service. However, each package includes a monthly support level, and additional support outside of scope is available at an established overage rate.

  • We recommend a minimum three-month engagement to allow time for onboarding, system alignment, and measurable impact. Month-to-month options may be available after the initial term.

  • Support typically includes administrative operations, communication coordination, volunteer and event support, and leadership assistance. Specific scope is confirmed during onboarding and outlined in your service agreement.

  • Services do not include bookkeeping, payroll, legal or HR compliance, sermon writing, theological content creation, or on-site staffing unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Yes. iAssist works within your existing tools and platforms whenever possible and can also provide recommendations to improve efficiency and consistency.
