Hourly Rate:
$50 per hour

Monthly Package Rate (Retainer):
Starting at $500 per month (based on ~10 hours of support per month)
(Higher-month options available if you anticipate more hours)

Includes:

  • Email inbox management & correspondence triage

  • Calendar and appointment scheduling / coordination

  • Basic document creation (letters, forms, reports)

  • Data entry and file organization

  • Weekly task update report

  • One point of contact for your administrative requests

Exclusions:

  • Travel booking & itinerary management

  • Vendor contract negotiation or vendor management

  • CRM system setup or automation

  • Bookkeeping, payroll, legal or HR services

  • After-hours or weekend coverage outside standard business hours
