Businesses or professionals who need regular administrative help (email & calendar management, scheduling, document prep) but aren’t ready for full executive-support or large project oversight.
Hourly Rate:
$50 per hour
Monthly Package Rate (Retainer):
Starting at $500 per month (based on ~10 hours of support per month)
(Higher-month options available if you anticipate more hours)
Includes:
Email inbox management & correspondence triage
Calendar and appointment scheduling / coordination
Basic document creation (letters, forms, reports)
Data entry and file organization
Weekly task update report
One point of contact for your administrative requests
Exclusions:
Travel booking & itinerary management
Vendor contract negotiation or vendor management
CRM system setup or automation
Bookkeeping, payroll, legal or HR services
After-hours or weekend coverage outside standard business hours
