  • Dedicated weekly status report and one 30-minute monthly metrics review call

  • Automations and macro setup in CRM to streamline recurring inquiries

Exclusions:

  • Phone support or outbound call handling

  • Weekend or after-hours coverage

  • CRM system creation or integration
